Author Instructions for the International Journal of Technology Management and Applied Sciences (IJTMAS)

Before You Begin

Original Work: Ensure your manuscript is original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere. We value the novelty and integrity of research.

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Non-native speakers are encouraged to seek professional language editing services.

Paper Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 15 single-column pages, formatted according to the IJTMAS template. An addition of 5 pages is permitted for comprehensive studies.
Submission Process

Template: Please download and use the IJTMAS Paper Template to format your manuscript. This ensures a streamlined review and publication process.

Online Submission: Submit your manuscript electronically through the IJTMAS Online Submission System. You will receive a confirmation email with a manuscript ID.

NOC Agreement: All authors must sign the IJTMAS Exclusive NOC (No Objection Certificate) for publication. This ensures your work is protected while granting IJTMAS the rights to disseminate your research.
Manuscript Preparation
Format
- File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
- Page Layout: Use A4 page size with single-column layout and 1-inch margins.
- Font: Use Times New Roman, 12-point for the main text and 10-point for captions and footnotes.
Structure

Title Page:
- Title: Concise and descriptive, reflecting the study's content.
- Authors: List all authors, their affiliations, and the corresponding author's email.
- Abstract: A brief summary (150-250 words) of the research's purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of your research.

Main Text:
- Introduction: Clearly state the research problem and objectives.
- Literature Review: Summarize relevant existing research and identify gaps.
- Methodology: Describe the research design, methods, and data collection.
- Results: Present findings with supporting data, tables, and figures.
- Discussion: Interpret results, discuss implications, and highlight contributions.
- Conclusion: Summarize key findings and suggest future research directions.

References:
- Use the APA style (7th edition) for citations and references.
- Ensure every reference cited in the text is listed in the reference section and vice versa.
- Include hyperlinks to DOI and Google Scholar where applicable.
Figures and Tables
- Quality: Ensure figures are at least 300 dpi resolution and tables are clear and concise.
- Captions: Each figure and table should have a descriptive caption, numbered sequentially.
- Embedding: Embed figures and tables within the text, close to where they are referenced.
Equations and Symbols
- Formatting: Use MathType or LaTeX for complex equations, ensuring they are clear and numbered consecutively.
- Units: Use SI units for all measurements, clearly defining any non-standard abbreviations or symbols.
Submission Categories

- Fast Communications: Brief reports on significant research findings that warrant rapid dissemination.

Ethical Guidelines
- Plagiarism: IJTMAS has a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submissions are checked for originality.
- Authorship: Ensure that all authors have significantly contributed to the research.
- Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research outcomes.
Peer Review Process
- Double-Blind Review: Each manuscript undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review to ensure quality and impartiality.
- Reviewer Feedback: Authors receive detailed feedback and may be asked to make revisions before acceptance.
- Decision Timeline: A decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection will be communicated within 30 days of submission.
