Indexing Policy for the International Journal of Technology Management and Science (IJTMAS)

Overview

At the International Journal of Technology Management and Science (IJTMAS), we recognize the critical role that abstracting and indexing (A&I) services play in the research ecosystem. Our indexing policy is designed to maximize the discoverability and accessibility of our published content, ensuring that our authors' contributions reach the widest possible audience.

Innovative Indexing Approach

1. Article-Level Indexing:

  • Comprehensive Metadata: Each article published in IJTMAS is indexed at the article level, with comprehensive metadata including authors, titles, publication dates, and detailed abstracts. This allows for precise retrieval and identification of content.

  • Keywords and Descriptors: Authors are required to provide a list of relevant keywords and descriptors during submission. Our editorial team collaborates with A&I services to ensure that these keywords accurately reflect the content and are aligned with trending topics in the field.

2. Advanced Semantic Indexing:

  • Semantic Enrichment: IJTMAS leverages advanced natural language processing (NLP) technologies to semantically enrich article metadata. This process enhances searchability by identifying contextually relevant terms and relationships within the content.

  • Conceptual Graphs: We utilize conceptual graphs to map relationships between articles, topics, and authors, enabling researchers to explore connections and trends across disciplines.

3. Granular Indexing:

  • Section and Figure Indexing: Beyond traditional article-level indexing, IJTMS indexes individual sections, figures, and tables within articles. This granular approach allows researchers to access specific data points and insights with ease.

  • Data Repositories: Supplementary data and materials associated with published articles are indexed and linked to external data repositories, ensuring comprehensive access to research data.

Abstract Requirements

Authors are required to provide an abstract that succinctly summarizes the article's objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Abstracts should be between 150-250 words and incorporate the primary keywords identified during the research process.

Indexing Services and Platforms

All published papers by IJTMAS are indexed by leading abstracting and indexing services, including:

  • Google Scholar

IJTMAS is continuously exploring partnerships with emerging indexing platforms and services to expand our reach and impact.

Digital Object Identifier (DOI)

Every article published in IJTMAS is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring persistent and reliable access to the content. DOIs facilitate seamless citation and linking of articles across digital platforms.

Open Access and Discoverability

As an open-access journal, IJTMAS is committed to making research accessible to everyone. Our indexing policy supports this commitment by ensuring that our articles are easily discoverable and freely available to researchers, practitioners, and the general public.

Monitoring and Evaluation

IJTMAS regularly reviews its indexing strategy and collaborates with indexing partners to adapt to the evolving needs of the research community. We welcome feedback from authors, reviewers, and readers to enhance the effectiveness of our indexing policy.
